Our Returns Policy covers these common reasons you may wish to return your order:

Change of mind

We understand that this happens. Get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your shipment to organise a return. Postage for change of mind returns is at the buyer’s expense. The item/s will be inspected upon return (please refer to Refund Policy below).

It doesn’t fit

Please contact us to arrange a return for a refund or exchange. Postage for returns due to incorrect size is a the buyer’s expense and the item/s will be inspected on return (please refer to Refund Policy below).

Colour is not right

Please get in contact with us and we’ll arrange to get it back – we’ll swap it for the colour you want or refund you. Postage for returns due to incorrect colour is at the buyer’s expense and the item/s will be inspected on return (please refer to Refund Policy below).

The shipment arrives damaged

If the items are visibly damaged, reject the delivery if possible. This will be the quickest course of action. If that is not possible, please contact us asap and we’ll arrange collection of the shipment and redelivery of a replacement.

We sent the wrong item

Our sincerest apologies for this rare error. We’ll arrange to pick it up at our cost and send you the correct item ASAP.

The item is faulty

We understand this is a frustrating experience. Please contact us asap and we’ll arrange collection of the shipment and promptly organise repair, replacement, or refund of the item.

Important to note when returning items:

  • Items should be returned ‘as new’ with original packaging.
  • Our returns policy extends to all items except for:
    • Custom branded items
    • Ex-demonstration, second hand or stock with prior damage
  • This policy does not supersede any rights you are entitled to under legislation.

Please follow these simple steps to get the process started:

  • Print off this Return/Damaged Goods Form
  • Fill in the form
  • Repack the goods securely back into their original packaging if they have been removed and enclose the Return Goods Form. Alternatively attach the form to the box if it has not been opened.
