The Flat Pack Base is design genius. It comes as shown on the left and easily assembles as per the image on the right. Standard ballast blocks are available at Bunnings or other hardware outlets which fit into the base giving it 60+kg of weight.
From that to this, the Flat-pack base allows effortless movement of the umbrella around a pool or paved courtyard and the locking castors secure it in-place.
NEW IMPROVED BASE!
The new Parashade stainless-steel base comes flat-packed for easy installation. It takes 6 standard pavers which give it the ballast weight it needs to remain stable in breezy conditions. The stainless-steel castors are strong and lockable. Simply release the locks, position the umbrella in the perfect sun-blocking position and lock it in place again.
Gust-Buster Arms
Gustbusters are automatically set to release the wind pressure if it gets too strong- no other umbrella in the world has this unique feature.
Quick Reset
Watch as Parashades' patented "Gustbuster Arms" release the wind pressure and save the umbrella from damage. Then with a 10 second reset, they are simply snapped back into position.
